Are you too sick to workout?
Check out this blog. So many times I have put off working out because I have a small cold and it’s always set me back. Obviously, if you feel like you have been hit by a truck, don’t go but typically it’s okay if your symptoms are above the neck.

It's Time To Get Real
So….where do I start?
[[MORE]]I have been planning a trip to the local water park with my cousins for about a month now. I invited my boyfriend because I figured I would have lost 5 or so lbs by now. Well I actually gained 5 lbs. I haven’t been doing well with my whole weight loss thing obviously…I am not surprised to see a big loss of followers.
