Check out this blog. So many times I have put off working out because I have a small cold and it’s always set me back. Obviously, if you feel like you have been hit by a truck, don’t go but typically it’s okay if your symptoms are above the neck.

So I’ve been slacking and need to start over with 30 Day Shred. I’m gonna kick butt in May! Made myself (and you!) this chart to print out to help me stay on track. May has 31 days - that’s 30 workouts and one rest/skip day.
