I need a real routine. Any tips?

I need an hour and a half routine that can easily be switched up every week. 

I like to do cardio to warm up (ie. treadmill, elliptical) 

then I like to go do a circuit training. Typically I do legs one day, arms/back the next day and then I do abs on another. This gives me 3 strength training days a week. 

However, I get really bored really quick on the other days when I have to do cardio. My gym offers classes like zumba and stuff but I can’t ever go when they are having them because I have class. 

Does anyone have specific routine(s) they like to do that keep them motivated?

  1. lust-tobe-fit answered: I go for a run (walk) for a half hour, then rest and let my heart rate balance out then pop in a yoga-pilates dvd for half an hour.
